Slipknot

Slipknot has been a band since the late 1990's. The band was started by percussionist Shawn Crahan and bassist Paul Gray. Obviously the band's line-up has changed. The guitarist James Root is the newest member. Him and Singer Corey Taylor were in another band called Stone Sour, and Drummer Joey Jordison was in 2 bands, one with sampler Craig, though I'm not sure of the name, and another band called the rejects. Recently Corey, James Aka Jim, and Joey have rejoined their previous bands. Joey renamed his band to the Murderdolls, and Corey and Jim have went back to Stone Sour. Both bands have released their albums, I have both, and Stone Sour was the 1st band I saw live. Even though they are in different bands, they are still very much apart of Slipknot, who just released their 3rd album! Anyways, Slipknot are from Des Moines, Iowa. And that's all for now!
